European Unition President Ursula Leyen twitted and expressed deep concern on US tariff imposed this morning. In a Tweet she said, “I deeply regret the US decision to impose tariffs on EU automotive exports. President Trump imposed 25% tariffs on all automobile imports from Europe. Tariffs are taxes – bad for businesses, worse for consumers, in the US and the EU. The EU will continure to seek negotiated solutions, while safeguarding its economic interests”.
