King Charles III Delivers Speech from the Throne

The Speech from the Throne opens every new session of the Parliament. The Speech introduces the government’s direction and goals, and outlines how it will work achieve them, the strategic plan. On May 27, 2015, His Majesty King Charles III himself delivered the Speech from the Throne to open 45th Parliament and outlined the government’s agenda. The main points of the agenda include Building relationship with US and the world, Building a more affordable Canada, Building a stronger Canada, Building a safer and more secure Canada, Building a united Canada and Building Canada Strong by spending less and investing more.
