Canadians are happy by election date announcement

After the dissolution of Canadian Parliament, the new election date, April 28, 2025, is announced. After 36 days there will be a new government, perhaps a majority government to deal with the threats imposed by President Trump. “We are facing the most significant crisis of our lifetime because of President Trump’s unjustified trade actions and his threats to our sovereignty”, Mark Carney told the citizens after coming our from the Governor General’s office.
