Home owners who bought the properties years ago face high interest rates who did nothing. Fed’s interest rate hike did not bring food prices down. “We are in invisible recession because mortgage payments are doubled and it would be trippled as soon as our renewal comes”, a homeowner buying grocery said with tears in her eyes. “New immigrants created housing shortages and bubbled housing prices” she added.
