In the northern province in Pakistan adjacent to Afghanistan where the education ratio is very low people don’t hesitate to kill each other even if there is a funeral procession. Yesterday, the same happened. There was a dispute over a land and someone died in the family of one party. The other party knew that there would be a funeral and they can settle the dispute. The procession came out heading to the graveyard and a group started firing on them killing 11 and injuring 20. Quite unusual for the rest of the world.
