The number game the governments are doing is awful. Grocery prices has not dropped at all what is dropped is household peace. The only sector who has benefited with all that is banking sector. Without putting a single ad they have increased the monthly bill/mortgage of exactly the same home the homeowners were living-in for decades has been higher than they would have dreamed of. Who to blame, builders, who raised their profits to many folds of the same square footage. The pain is going to increase when the new condos comes to delivery and the investors don’t find renters to cover the mortgage. Perhaps someone in the government want that way.
